You would be surprised to know that there are several kosher restaurants in Las Vegas.  Take a look at the Las Vegas Kosher Restaurants section and see for yourself.  Not only is there so much to do and see in Las Vegas...there is so much to eat...that's kosher!  Be careful to always ask for the latest kosher certification before you go, as things do change quite often.
