Jewish Big Brothers Big Sisters of Los Angeles’ summer camp, Camp Bob Waldorf
Offers two 15-day summer sessions for Jewish youth. Kibbutz Bob Waldorf is a pluralistic Jewish program that weaves values, culture and traditions into the fabric of camp. In addition to typical camp activities such as swimming, archery, ropes course, and arts and crafts, campers participate in a special Shabbat t’filah on Friday nights, a unique, experiential Shabbat experience Saturday mornings, Havdallah, Israel education and so much more! These programs allow campers to connect to their own Jewish identity, and to the larger Jewish community.
